Where:Â Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Pu Luong, Hoi An
What: An unforgettable trip through Northern Vietnam that blends culture, breathtaking nature, and adventure. We’ll explore the buzzing streets and hidden alleyways of Hanoi, cruise through the emerald waters of Bai Tu Long Bay aboard a luxury boat, and trek through lush mountain villages and waterfalls in the remote beauty of Pu Luong. (See full itinerary below)
In addition, we’ll weave in intentional mindfulness practices throughout the journey, including guided meditations, journaling sessions, reflection circles, and opportunities to slow down, integrate, and connect more deeply—with yourself, the experience, and the incredible women you’re sharing it with.
Cost: $2900/person (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT--Regularly priced at $3400) which includes accommodations in 4-star hotels and resorts, ground transportation, domestic flights, 3 day luxury cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay, guides and excursions, all meals, park and other entrance fees, mindfulness practices and a gallery of professional photos.

Caroline, also known as “Caz”, is an Aussie native and been traveling the world since 1997, exploring nearly 70 countries and living in five. Accommodations & Transportation
All lodging and transportation in Vietnam will be provided for you during the trip. We will be staying in 4-star accommodations—boutique hotels and eco lodges, as well as on a luxury cruise.
Rates are based on double occupancy, however you will have your own bed. If you prefer your own room, please contact me and I can arrange that for an extra fee (availability not always guaranteed).
All other transportation and transfers once you arrive to Hanoi is also included. You will need to arrange your international flights to the Hanoi International Airport arriving no later than 3PM on March 3rd (local time) and departing after 3PM on March 11th.
If you choose to do the 3 day add-on to Hoi An, please book your departure flight after 3PM on March 15th.

Vietnam 2027 Trip Itinerary
Day 1 (March 3): Arrival at Hanoi International Airport by 3PM, transfer to hotel, welcome dinner in Hanoi
Day 2 (March 4): Guided tour of Hanoi to include the Old Quarter, Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple in AM. Guided street food tour in PM.
Day 3 (March 5): Photography tour through traditional rural Vietnamese villages known for incense making and handcrafted fishing traps.Â
Day 4 (March 6): Board a luxury cruise to set sail around the stunning Bai Tu Long Bay. Enjoy kayaking, swimming, and sunset cocktails on the deck.
Day 5 (March 7): Kayak to hidden lagoons, explore caves, relax on stunning beaches, visit a pearl farm and local fishing villages.
Day 6 (March 8): Disembark on cruise and take a scenic drive winding through terraced fields and remote villages to the mountainous Pu Luong area.
Day 7 (March 9): Trek from Ban Don village to Kho Muong, passing breathtaking mountain scapes and lush rice terraces, ethnic villages with stilt houses and local farmers. Swim at Thac Hieu waterfall and end the day floating down the river on a traditional bamboo raft.Â
Day 8 (March 10): Bike the Mai Chau Valley, pedaling through farmlands and sleepy villages surrounded by vibrant green hills and rice terraces. Visit a traditional Thai weaving village. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool overlooking the rice terraces or treat yourself to a massage.
Day 9Â (March 11): Drive back to Hanoi in AM, departures in PM. *For those who choose the optional 3-day add to Hoi An, take a short flight to Da Nang and transfer to hotel.
Day 10 (March 12): Explore the charming town of Hoi An, visit the best local tailors to get custom clothes or shoes made, take a traditional boat ride and release lanterns into the river at night.
Day 11Â (March 13): Spend the day as you choose: shopping and fittings with tailors, make lanterns, go to the beach, or relax at the hotel. Cooking class with renowned chef in PM.
Day 12Â (March 14): Enjoy a scenic bike ride through the peaceful countryside of Hoi An passing through farms and rural villages.
Day 13Â (March 15):Â Return to Hanoi via domestic flight in AM, departures in PM.
*Optional self-discovery practices will be woven throughout the itinerary to enhance your inner growth.
Travel Requirements & Other Important Info
- A valid passport (must have at least six months of validity at time of entry, plus two blank pages) for Vietnam
- E-visa required with fee of approx $25 USD
- Proof of onward or return ticket

- For this particular trip, you should have a decent fitness level and be able to do short hikes. None of the activities or hikes are super strenuous, but having a good fitness level is ideal for your enjoyment and ease
Cancellation & refund policy
If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days of registering, you will receive a 100% refund on your deposit. After that, there will be NO refunds for cancellations, even illness. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and I need to cancel the trip, I will refund you.
Additionally, I will not provide any refunds 90 days prior to the departure of the trip, if you register within that time frame. Lastly, it is HIGHLY recommended to purchase travel insurance before the trip. This way if you need to cancel, you will be reimbursed by your travel insurance company.
