Guatemala Women's Trip Details
When: Jan 21-28th, 2026 (*with an optional 2 day add-on to Tikal)
Who: Women 21+ who crave adventure in beautiful destinations, authentic cultural experiences, and deep connection—with themselves and an incredible group of like-minded travelers. *Please note this trip is limited to only 14 women.
What: A 7 day action-packed itinerary covering some of the most beautiful landscapes in all of Central America. From epic volcano hikes, exploring the charming town of Antigua, e-biking to a coffee plantation, paddleboarding on the stunning Lake Atitlán, exploring colorful artisan markets, and walking among the temples of the legendary Mayan city of Tikal. From sunrise summits to indigenous village visits, this will surely be a life-changing trip! (See full itinerary below)
In addition, we’ll weave in intentional mindfulness practices throughout the journey, including guided meditations, journaling sessions, reflection circles, and opportunities to slow down, integrate, and connect more deeply—with yourself, the experience, and the incredible women you’re sharing it with.
Cost: $2800 USD per person (EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT--Regularly priced at $3200) which includes all accommodations, ground transportation, meals, guides, excursions, park entrance fees, a gallery of professional photos, and mindfulness practices.
International flights excluded. Payment plans available.
*If you decide to do the optional 2 day add-on to Tikal, that fee will be an extra fee of $800 which includes domestic airfare, lodging, ground transfers, guides, park fees, and all meals.

Accommodations & Transportation
All lodging and transportation in Guatemala will be provided for you throughout the trip. We will be staying in 3 and 4-star hotels in Antigua, Lake Atitlan, and Tikal National Park.
Rates are based on double occupancy, however you will have your own bed. If you prefer your own room, please contact me and I can arrange that for an extra fee (availability not guaranteed).
You will need to arrange your flights to arrive in Guatemala City on Jan 21st no later than 3PM (local time) and departing on Jan 30th after 1PM. If you choose to do the 2 day add-on to Tikal, please book your departure flight after 3PM on Jan 30th.

Guatemala Trip Itinerary
Day 1 (Jan 21): Arrival in Guatemela City, drive to Antigua (approx 1 hour), welcome dinner
Day 2 (Jan 22): Historical city tour of Antigua, scenic e-bike ride to coffee plantation
Day 3 (Jan 23): Mayan textile workshop, private garden luncheon and guided meditation, FREE TIME/shopping in Antigua
Day 4 (Jan 24): Overnight hike of Volcan Acatenango (approx 6 miles and 5K ft of elevation gain) with optional extension to saddle of Volcan Fuego in evening
Day 5 (Jan 25): Summit Acatenango at sunrise and descend volcano in morning, drive to Lake Atitlan (approx 2.5 hrs), relax at resort
Day 6 (Jan 26): Explore Mayan villages around Lake Atitlan by boat, lunch at Deleite Ancestral Experiencia Gastronomica Tz’utuji, optional Mayan shaman ceremony
Day 7 (Jan 27):Â Sunrise paddleboarding experience on Lake Atitlan, hiking and ziplining at Reserva Atitlan, swimming and cliff jumping in San Marcos, sound bath at Eagles Nest
Day 8 (Jan 28):Â Drive to Guatemala City in AM (approx 3 hrs), departure in PM
*If you choose to do the 2 day add-on to Tikal, you will take a domestic flight to Flores later this day.
Day 9Â (Jan 29): Sunrise private guided tour of Tikal National Park, relax at resort
Day 10 (Jan 30): Return to Guatemala City via domestic flight, departure in PM

Travel Requirements & Other Important Info
- A valid passport (must have at least six months of validity at time of entry) with at least one blank page
- Proof of onward return ticket
- Electronic immigration form
- No vaccinations are required to enter Guatemala

- For this trip, you should have decent fitness level and be able to hike at least 6Â miles in one day. We are doing one challenging hike to the summit of Acatenango, so adequate preparation is important for your enjoyment and ease. *See FAQ for more details and info.
Cancellation & refund policy
If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days of registering, I will provide you a 100% refund. After that, there will be NO refunds for cancellations, even illness. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and I need to cancel the trip, I will either refund you or reschedule for an agreed upon time in 2026 or 2027.
Additionally, I will not provide any refunds 90 days prior to the departure of the trip, if you register within that time frame. Lastly, it is HIGHLY recommended to purchase travel insurance before the trip. This way if you need to cancel, you will be reimbursed by your travel insurance company.
