International flights to and from Bangkok, Thailand are NOT included in your trip fee. In addition, one lunch, an optional ATV tour, a Muay Thai boxing class, alcoholic beverages and snacks, tips for guides, incidentals, and travel fees are not included.

Keep in mind that trip insurance is not included, but HIGHLY recommended to cover you in case of any incidents or medical care, trip cancellation and even lost or stolen baggage.

It is also required that ALL trip participants get travel medical insurance before the trip. This is very inexpensive (usually less than $100). Keep in mind that trip insurance is not included, but highly recommended.

Your trip fee covers all accommodations in 3 and 4-star hotels, ground transportation, domestic flights, meals, guides, excursions, entrance fees, mindfulness practices, as well as a gallery of professional photos of your trip.

Please book round trip airfare to Bangkok International Airport arriving March 4th no later than 3PM (local time). If your flight comes in anytime that day, I will arrange a shuttle to pick you up from the airport.

If you arrive the day before, you will need to arrange your own hotel for the night, along with transportation to/from the hotel.

On March 14th, please arrange your return flight from Bangkok after 3PM.

Registration will close approx 90 days before the trip (Dec 4th, 2026), however, many trips sell out in less than a WEEK. If you are interested in going, I encourage you to sign up as soon as possible versus later. You can always pay a deposit and get a full refund within the first 30 days of registration.

I require an initial deposit of $500 to hold your spot and then I offer payment plan options of either 2 payments of $1550 or 4 payments of $775 per person.

February and March are some of the best months to visit Thailand, with warm temperatures, lower humidity, and generally dry, sunny weather throughout most of the country. Bangkok and the islands will feel tropical and warm, while Chiang Mai tends to be slightly cooler in the mornings and evenings, especially in the mountains, so bringing a light jacket or layer is recommended.

A detailed Pre-Trip Packet (including a full packing list and travel tips) will be emailed prior to the trip, so you won’t have to stress about what to bring.

Thailand is world-renowned for its vibrant, flavorful cuisine that beautifully balances sweet, salty, spicy, sour, and savory flavors. Throughout the trip, you’ll experience a variety of incredible dishes ranging from fresh tropical fruit and curries to noodle dishes, street food, seafood, rice dishes, and local specialties. There will also be plenty of opportunities to try both authentic Thai cuisine and more familiar options if desired.

If you have food allergies or dietary preferences, we absolutely accommodate them. Prior to the trip, you’ll complete a detailed survey so meals and restaurants can be planned accordingly for needs such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and other dietary restrictions.

You’ll have 30 days after registration to cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. After that period, all payments become non-refundable. That said, if you need to cancel, I’ll do my best to resell your spot and if I am successful, you will get all of your payments refunded, minus your deposit.

While I often have a waitlist and can usually find someone to take your place, this cannot be guaranteed. If I’m unable to fill your spot—and you’re unable to find a replacement—unfortunately, no refund will be issued.

This is why I strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance. If unexpected circumstances arise and you need to cancel, your policy can help reimburse you for your trip costs.

This trip requires a moderate fitness level. While you do not need to be an athlete, you should feel comfortable being active for several hours at a time and walking on uneven terrain, stairs, hills, and in warm weather.

Activities throughout the trip may include hiking, kayaking, biking, swimming, getting in and out of boats, and longer sightseeing days.

That said, the trip is designed to be enjoyable and accessible for most adventurous, active travelers and many activities can be done at a relaxed pace. Optional activities, such as the ATV tour and Muay Thai class, are not required.

Absolutely. While all activities are thoughtfully curated to give you the best experience possible, everything on this trip is optional. If you ever need some downtime or prefer to explore on your own, you’re welcome to do so.

Just keep in mind that the itinerary is designed as a group experience, so transportation and logistics are arranged around scheduled activities. If you choose to skip something, any additional costs for separate transport or meals would be your responsibility.

This is your adventure—you get to make it what you need it to be.

If you choose not to participate in the mindfulness practices exercises such as guided meditations or journaling, that is completely up to you.

I offer "transformational" mindfulness practices on my group trips because they are a powerful way to reconnect more deeply with yourself, especially in the midst of such awe-inspiring places.
